First Aid & CPR Mississippi
Becoming a foster family in Mississippi means giving a child a safe and caring home. CPR training is part of the pre-service foster parent training expected before approval. It is one condition within a process that also includes a home study and background checks.
In Mississippi, CPR training is included in the foster parent training expected before approval; prospective foster parents complete pre-service training and have access to ongoing trauma and health training through the Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services (MDCPS). The exact first-aid and CPR standard is set through the agency's training plan rather than a widely published stand-alone rule.
Where required, the training must be kept current and is one condition in addition to the home study, references and the parenting suitability MDCPS assesses. Completing it does not by itself qualify a person to foster.
我们严格遵循 ILCOR(International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation)的建议,该国际机构负责对全球复苏标准进行科学评估与制定。
